About Dave Burden cont’d…

Dave picked up his first camera – a Fujifilm FinePix bridge camera in 2011, after retiring. Some time later he had an urge to give wildlife photography a try having seen so many brilliant wildlife images in books and magazines.

This convinced Dave to buy a more suitable camera and he began his journey with the EOS 400D, then the EOS 550D, before finally moving up to the EOS 90D with a 150-600mm lens. He considers himself to be a hobbyist and take images for his own satisfaction and pleasure. He has sold many of his images in his time, at various galleries and cafes, including TOFS (Tonbridge Old Firestation), Penshurst gallery at the Porcupine cafe, plus a couple of Kent Craft show, also at Penshurst place. He shares his artwork through Tonbridge Daily, a brilliantly efficient Tonbridge based, Facebook based media outlet who Dave is very grateful to for the support they give him and many local enterprises in sharing his photos with their readers and followers.

To Dave, photography is more about being out in the countryside and being at one with the wildlife, that he is fortunate enough to encounter.
